Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order, but if something isn’t quite right we’re here to help.

1. Our Returns Window

We offer a 30-day returns policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags and seals (where applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Confirm the return address:
    Waresley Park Estate, Gamlingay Road, Waresley, Sandy, Beds, SG19 3DD

  • Provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel

  • In some cases, provide a return label (we will confirm this by email)

Items sent back to us without first contacting us for approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and work with you to put it right, whether through a replacement, refund or alternative solution.


5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (for example, coffee, food items, honey)

  • Custom or personalised products (such as special orders)

  • Opened personal care or spa products, for hygiene reasons

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the simplest way is:

  1. Request and send a return for the original item

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like instead

This ensures the replacement item is reserved for you and sent without delay.


7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still meet the usual conditions:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

This statutory right applies alongside our 30-day returns policy.


8. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will:

  1. Inspect the item

  2. Notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined

If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take extra time to show the refund in your account.
