Our first wine. Hand-picked on the 8th of September from rows 1 to 19. One hundred and fifty kilos of fruit, one hundred bottles - each numbered by hand and presented in a bespoke wooden case.

There's a fire outside every lodge.
Open-fire plancha cooking on an OFYR, or the closed, controlled heat of a BSTRD. kamado. We cook on both at the estate — and we deliver both to your door.

The social fire.
A corten-steel fire pit with a plancha ring around the flame. Everyone stands round it, everyone cooks. Sear at the centre, hold at the edge, feed a crowd. Dutch-made, built from corten steel that only looks better with weather. There's one outside every Waresley lodge.

The controlled fire.
A ceramic kamado: lid down, vents set, heat locked in. Sear at 350 °C, roast, bake pizza, or run a brisket overnight on a handful of charcoal. New at Waresley — the PRO, the CORE and the portable Compact.

ABOUT THE ESTATE
A working country estate.
Waresley Park is a country estate in Cambridgeshire — twenty minutes from Cambridge, an hour from London. A turreted country house in the French château style, lodges scattered through the woods, a spa, wild swimming lake, padel courts and gardens.
It's also a working estate. A vineyard on the Greensands Ridge that gave us our first harvest in 2025. A coffee roastery in the courtyard. A wood-fired oven that fills the air with woodsmoke and delicious foods.
People come here to stay. To swim. To gather. To eat outside. To sit by the lake when the light goes.
