Grown in Poços de Caldas, Brazil, this EA Decaf coffee is produced by local farmers on volcanic soil at 1,000–1,300m altitude. Varietals include Yellow Bourbon, Catuaí, and Catucaí, naturally processed and sun-dried on patios. Decaffeinated using the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) process—derived from fermented sugarcane—this method gently removes caffeine while preserving flavor. Hand-harvested and rooted in tradition, the coffee reflects the dedication of over 100 producers supported by Bourbon Specialty for quality and sustainability.
