Located in the temperate climate and mountainous terrain of southwest Antioquia, La Carmina has the perfect altitude and climate for producing excellent quality coffee as well as playing host to a diversity of native flora and fauna.

This was the first of the Guerra Family’s farms, plotted over 100 years ago. The family now own a collection of farms and mills in the Antioquia region.

Roasted in Small Batches

Roasted here at Waresley Park Estate, Bean Theory coffee embodies our dedication to flavour and perfection.

Each batch is carefully roasted on the estate to bring out the distinct character of every bean, from the first crack to the final cup. You may even catch the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee drifting across the courtyard -- that’s our head roaster, Andrea, at work. Fresh, balanced, and full of depth, it’s coffee made the way it should be: slow, thoughtful, and rooted in Waresley Park.
