Solid cast iron, made to sit straight over the fire. The BSTRD. Dutch Oven holds heat and spreads it evenly, which is what a stew, a braise or a slow cook needs: time and steady heat. The lid doubles as a griddle, so you can sear and build flavour before the lid goes on and it goes into the kamado.

Suits any heat source, from open fire to the hob, so it earns its place indoors in winter too. Two sizes: 24 cm and 28 cm.
