The OFYR Cedar Wood Planks are a multifunctional accessory that can be used on the OFYR. The cedar wood planks both add a delicious smoky flavour to your dishes and slow down the cooking process by about 50%. The planks can also be used to keep food warm on the cooking plate before serving.
* Only use on the OFYR cooking plate. Don't use on the grill, nor bring them in direct contact with fire.
* When cleaned properly, the planks are reusable.
