Inzá, in Colombia's Cauca region, is a high-altitude coffee-growing area rich in water resources and biodiversity. This coffee comes from 52 smallholder farmers in Pedregal and San Antonio, with only lots scoring 85+ points selected, creating a limited export blend of mainly Caturra and Variedad Colombia.

Improved security after years of conflict has opened access to speciality markets. Supported by Pergamino, farmers now benefit from direct trade relationships, gaining better recognition and value for their high-quality coffees while improving local economic opportunities.
