Our honey is gathered from hives across Waresley Park Estate and neighbouring land, producing a rich, golden honey with a naturally floral depth. Harvested in small batches and left completely unblended, pure, local and full of character. 

Perfect for drizzling, baking or enjoying straight from the spoon.

Because our honey is completely raw and never blended, its texture and colour naturally vary throughout the seasons. Some batches set firm, others stay silky and runny - each one reflecting the flowers our bees were foraging at the time of harvest.
