Wood Bag

The OFYR wood bag has a 72-litre capacity (approximately). Two fully filled bags are generally sufficient for one night of cooking (4-5 hours), if using oven-dried pieces of beech wood of about 30 cm long.

* For an evening of cooking on an 85 cooking unit, you will need approx. 1 1/2 bag of 72 litres and for the 100 cooking unit approx. 2 bags.
