Our Roaster’s Selection is a changing monthly showcase of whatever has been exciting our roastery team. It’s a way to drink coffee the way we do behind the scenes: small batches, new ideas, and thoughtful sourcing from farms and regions across the world.

Some months you’ll receive a standout single origin. Other months, a carefully balanced blend created for the season. It’s never the same twice – and that’s the point.

Available as a flexible subscription or as a one-off purchase, the Roaster’s Selection is ideal for anyone who enjoys discovering new coffees, trusts a roaster’s instinct, and likes their morning cup with a bit of curiosity baked in.

Bean Theory coffee is roasted here at Waresley Park Estate. Each batch is carefully roasted on the estate to bring out the distinct character of every bean, from the first crack to the final cup.

You may even catch the aroma of freshly roasted coffee drifting across the courtyard: that's our head roaster, Andrea, at work.
